While EVE is intended to improve the customer experience and provide timely assistance, its responses are generated through artificial intelligence models and may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, incomplete information, outdated content, or responses that do not fully reflect the specific circumstances of a particular transaction, market condition, or client situation.

Accordingly:

Information provided by EVE is for informational and support purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice, trading advice, legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, financial, risk management, or any other professional advice.

You receive a response that appears unusual, inconsistent, incomplete, irrelevant, inaccurate, or out of context;

EVE appears to misunderstand your request;

The conversation produces contradictory or unexpected information; or

Your inquiry relates to a commercial, investment, trading, contractual, or other material business decision,

you should immediately discontinue the conversation and contact your Hedgepoint Sales representative or another authorized Hedgepoint representative for confirmation and guidance before taking any action or making any decision.

User Acknowledgment

By using EVE, you acknowledge and agree that:

Artificial intelligence systems have inherent limitations and may generate inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or misleading outputs.

You are responsible for independently assessing and verifying the information provided by EVE.

Final decisions should be based on your own evaluation and, where appropriate, consultation with qualified professionals and authorized Hedgepoint representatives.

EVE should not be relied upon as the sole source of information for any investment, trading, commercial, legal, regulatory, financial, or business decision.

Hedgepoint shall not be responsible for any loss, cost, damage, liability, or decision resulting from exclusive reliance on information generated by EVE without appropriate independent verification.

The use of EVE may involve the processing of personal data in accordance with Hedgepoint's Privacy Notice and applicable data protection laws.

Conversations with EVE may be monitored, recorded, retained, and reviewed for compliance, security, quality assurance, risk management, audit, regulatory, and service improvement purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and Hedgepoint policies.

Hedgepoint does not guarantee continuous availability, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or immediate response from EVE.

EVE uses generative artificial intelligence technology, responses may be created dynamically and may differ between interactions involving similar questions.

Official Information and Precedence

For official information regarding any product, transaction, service, market activity, commercial arrangement, quote, commercial proposal, account-specific matter, or any other business-related inquiry, please contact your designated Hedgepoint representative directly.

In the event of any discrepancy between information provided by EVE and information provided by an authorized Hedgepoint representative, the information communicated directly by the authorized Hedgepoint representative shall prevail.

By continuing to use EVE, you acknowledge and accept the limitations inherent to artificial intelligence technologies and agree that human review and direct communication with Hedgepoint representatives remain essential for the validation of any information that may influence business, commercial, investment, or trading decisions.
